This part is used to insert a 1-1/4" Sch 40 pipe into the ground after the initial hole is opened with the compression point. It is threaded into the end of a 2” sch 40 PVC pipe or conduit. As it is screwed into the pipe it cuts its own threads on the inside of the pipe much like a tap. The outside diameter of the push point will be the same as the outside diameter of the pipe itself. Next this pipe/point assembly is shoved into the same opening created earlier by the Bullet Mole. As it advances It will chase the hole and push back out of the way any roots, gravel or debris that might have come back into the hole as the Bullet Mole shafts were extracted. As the point emerges into the exit pit, it is simple removed from the PVC pipe by unscrewing it. The outside of the pipe will be clean and ready to receive a fitting.
The compression point is the first part to go through the ground and is attached...
