The Bullet Mole has recently been introduced to us, and we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the support provided by their team. We started with the rental of the sidewalk kit just to test the waters, and it worked great! No need for power, generator, compressors, and best of all very easy to use. Great solution for small business or DIY.
We had a gas leak under a concrete drive with about a span of approx. 30ft. We looked at several options before settling on this kit along with some extras. Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating to what we needed for the job and gave us some tips for using the equipment. After using this kit with great success on this job, I highly recommend this option for boring a hole under a slab of concrete.

This is definitely one of the best purchases I have made.
An electrical inspector asked me how did I get this conduit under the so wide sidewalk? I told him I got nice toy from US. First Job 4 sidewalks and very impressed.
This toy came all the way to Canada, it was well packed and wrapped.
I just can't wait to use the whole set on bigger project when I will have to go under driveway, that will be so Kool.
