Searched for a while and found this to be a great addition for several short to medium length fiber optic bores. Sidewalks no problem even went under 30' of road, though I recommend getting the jack hammer attachment. definitely recommend the product and the help I received from Tim. The Bullet Mole has recently been introduced to us, and we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the support provided by their team. We started with the rental of the sidewalk kit just to test the waters, and it worked great! No need for power, generator, compressors, and best of all very easy to use. Just a shovel and a sledge hammer and good to go. After our experience with the rental we ended up purchasing the Pro Pack and I see it being a great asset in our tool box for years to come.

Great solution for small business or DIY.
We had a gas leak under a concrete drive with about a span of approx. 30ft. We looked at several options before settling on this kit along with some extras. Steve was extremely helpful and accommodating to what we needed for the job and gave us some tips for using the equipment. After using this kit with great success on this job, I highly recommend this option for boring a hole under a slab of concrete.

We have been using the bullet mole for about 5 years as an electrical contractor. Fantastic tool. Have used probably over 100x for conduits under sidewalk. Very durable. Also recommend getting the pull chain to help pull the mole back in tough dirt after your hammering is completed
